Storage of data in connection with purchases in our webshop

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you. By submitting the above information, you agree that we may contact you by email or SMS with information about your order.

Data collection is done via an encrypted connection.

In connection with placing an order, personal data is registered at Aeroebryggeri.dk and stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction is completed, after which the data is deleted. This data is stored on a web server by our subcontractor. We have a data processing agreement with our subcontractor. We do not store customer information encrypted.

When you make payment by card, this data is transmitted via an encrypted connection. Ærø Bryggeri never stores your payment information, it is processed directly by PBS.

Third party:

Information submitted to Aeroebryggeri.dk is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

We do not register any sensitive personal data.

Objection & insight:

As registered with Aeroebryggeri.dk, you always have the right to object to the registrations. Furthermore, you have the right to insight into what information is registered about/on you. If data is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. The complaint is submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency via datatilsynet.dk

TERMS OF TRADE

We reserve the right to make printing, typing and typing errors, as well as price and tax changes. We also make reservations for any sold-out items.

All prices on Aeroebryggeri.dk are stated including 25% Danish VAT.

You must be 18+ years old to shop on the website.

Payment
The data you send in connection with purchases paid with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), so only PBS can read it.

The amount for the goods will not be deducted until the goods have been shipped from Aeroebryggeri.dk. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Danish kroner

At Aeroebryggeri.dk you can pay with the following payment methods: Dankort, e-dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown when you add an item to the shopping cart. Aeroebryggeri.dk does not currently ship products abroad.

Delivery
Your products will be sent to your address and you will receive them shortly. We disclaim any liability to the buyer in case of delayed delivery, which in unfortunate cases may occur due to backorders etc.

Smaller packages are usually sent via GLS, but packages containing bottles are sent via Danske Fragtmænd. Delivery time is usually up to 5 business days.

Special shareholder offers are sent according to the delivery deadline stated in the offer!

Empty packaging
Empty packaging can be dropped off at the brewery address where you can get your deposit back.

Right of withdrawal
If you have purchased an item via Aeroebryggeri.dk, you have the right to cancel the purchase. If you wish to return an item to us, you must contact us first, you will then receive a return number that you must provide with your return package. You can also return the goods to us by refusing to receive the package when it is delivered.
Costs associated with returns are borne by you as the buyer.

When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only be done if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way where it is quite obvious that the use reduces the sales value of the item. You have 14 days to return the goods.

When you cancel the purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a transfer to your bank. Once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, we will contact you to find out where the purchase price should be returned to.

Right of complaint
"As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
